Terrible experience | owner denied to stay me at this property
I was unable to stay at this property because the owner informed me that he has not tie up with mmt. He has taken bookings from make my trip, had been discontinued a year ago. He mentioned that he was unaware of how the booking was still processed through make my trip and explained that his homestay was already fully booked. This situation was disappointing as i arrived with my family at night and had to find alternative accommodation. Despite having paid 100% in advance for a non-refundable booking, i kindly request a refund due to the fact that i could not stay at the property because of an issue between make my trip and the property owner. My family and i faced significant inconvenience due to this technical error.
