All negative review are false as per my experience. My 2 days stay was amazing. Very polite staff, quick service. Safe and secure nothing to worry. Only my suggestion would be keep reception informed about your day routine, that will help to save your time

Property is amazing and piece full location. Room size is not much big and queen size bed is provided in deluxe room even i booked for king size bed. Staff behaviour was good. But quality of food was very bad.

Hotel is good for family to stay and also room is very clean and bathroom is also good. Play ground for child and also guard for safety.

Enjoyed our stay at tobo heritage nearby to railway station courteous and prompt speedy services available. Hot water for drinking as well as for bathing available. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian food available.

The hotel and it's staffs were amazing. I had a wholesome experience. They let me early check-in & late check-out without any extra cost. The manager and the whole people working there was very well behaved and helpful. The room was also very good & we enjoyed our stay there. The location of the hotel is very good, and there was always autos just outside the hotel.

Located at the center of Lucknow City, the Hotel is located just 5 Mins away from Lucknow Station. With an excellent amd variety of Food Choices , Great Cleaniness and Hygine, it is one of the best hotels of Lucknow. A 💯 recommendation from me and my family.

The stay at the hotel was very comfortable and th staff is very co operative, the food is very reasonable and quantity is good. I checked out at 9 pm in the nigh but missed my flight and the next flight was the next day morning, when i called them and asked weather i can come back and stay for the night they said well ome. It was a great gesture.

Cosy rooms with ac and bamboo interiors ( 1st floor ) the place was clean and food was decent. Breakfast was included in the room charges.
