Heritage Shreen Houseboat

We were 2 couples along with 2 babies booked our stay at this houseboat for 5 days. I must say that the service is top notch. Each and every staff members has done a great job. Very active and available at one call. They didn't disappointed us not even for a single time. Both the front desk managers named jana and u mar are very polite and very helpful. One morning we had to leave early for sightseeing. We asked for the early morning breakfast at 5:30am. The breakfast time starts at 8am but instead of saying no or avoiding such hustle; jana provided us breakfast prepared by himself at his best possible way which was very commendable. The houseboat staff as well as service staff especially some guys (jana, dear umar, waqar and irshad) these guys were managing everything very nicely and full heartedly. Everyone's nature is very kind and genuine. I would really recommend it to all who are looking for houseboat booking in srinagar. Really satisfied and would definitely book this houseboat again whenever visiting kashmir one more time.

Amazing experience! shreen houseboat is located in one of the best parts of dal lake and has spectacular views of the mountain ranges. It is totally worth every penny you spend. The ambience, food and literally everything about it makes you feel nothing less than a royal. The staff is extremely polite and make you fell very comfortable. A big thank you to mr. Hospitality and ambience was very nice. Homemade food is awesome. We faced issue regarding one room because as per host mm t team didn’t intimate them about booking till only 2 days before and the host had already took booking on offline mode. So we couldn’t get the room we paid for, and i couldn’t get help from mm t as my registered mob no was not working in srinagar but host tried to compensate it with one room at their house at back side of houseboat.

We had booked the deluxe room and were upgraded to suite as it was vacant. The room had a fan and an ac. Bathroom had a shower and a bathtub. The high tea was good. Kahwa was available on demand as many times as asked. The kashmiri thali was delicious. Breakfast hadsukoon exceeded my expectations in every which way live omelette and pratha counter.

They have a personal motorboat from ghat to houseboat and vice versa. Houseboat belongs to shreen group known for their best service. I completely enjoyed my stay. And will recommend to anyone looking for the best and comfortable houseboat experience in srinagar.

It was an excellent stay. The houseboat is the cleanest and having the best spot in the lake. I even met the 84 year old owner and kept on talking for so long. All staff were very supportive and made our stay great! we are coming back here very soon.

You have hundreds of option for houseboats on dal but hygiene is most important attribute one must pay attention to being on dal and this place gurantees that. Good luck team for the wonderful job. Hope to come back again

Very nice houseboat.Rooms are neat & clean. Staff is very cooperative and helpful..They provided cabs/shikara boats whenever we required them. Our stay was pleasant. Food was too good 😊. A very good place to stay for vacation. Very friendly staff and very good service by the staff.
