Best part of the property is the location, right on the hill side with an amazing view. Excellent swimming pool. Clean rooms, spacious washrooms, very accomodative staff. Overall a very good experience.

Good Stay

Stay was nice. View from the room was amazing, even the room service person was good. Only issue was the lock was broken for glass sliding door which property should get it fixed for ratrani duplex. Some bulp decoration was missing and glass table glass was broken.

The location is excellent for people traveling to See the Kaas plateau. Also the staff is very helpful and friendly.

The location of the resort is pretty good, but rooms, washrooms are smelly, no proper room service provided. Food is just basic. Given 3 stars is only for location and resort or or premises.

Location & resort is good. Veg food variety improvement required. Wasted money in complementary breakfast. Only poha & misal available in restaurant. No buffet. Need refund for complementary breakfast

It is close to Kaas Pathar rooms are ok food very oily spicy service is good

They have garden and other outside amenities okay, but the rooms are not that good compared to charges they take. I won’t recommend this resort to anyone looking to spend good time at kas.

it was a horrible stay.on chk in hotel was totally clueless about online booking.it took us pretty a hell lot time to chk in.rooms were horrible.linen not at all washed. curtains absolutely dirty.no options in food breakfast the cook was not available to make anything only pav based food available.overall very bad experience. added
