Dear Sir, We are disheartened to see your review. As discussed briefly over call, I also gathered details from our staff to better understand your concerns. You checked in at 12:30 AM and checked out around 8 AM. During these hours, our main room service is closed, but the caretaker remains available for essentials like water, blankets, or basic needs. As our reception opens at 10 AM, early checkouts are handled through the caretaker, and I have verified your checkout call with him. Regarding the room, dimensions and occupancy are clearly mentioned on the booking portal, and the room allotted to you matched the same. It accommodates four persons—two on the bed and two on extra mattresses. Nothing was misrepresented, though OTA portals have limited space for detailed descriptions. As for the frogs, this can occur in the rainy season despite regular treatments. They are harmless and could have been addressed quickly if informed. Finally, you mentioned the host’s behavior, but we never interacted during your stay. Had you reached out, I would have ensured a better experience. Very good place to stay, i stay hare one night, caretaker is very cooperative, when in booked, they send it's location, and every thing, by whatsapp, room is very clean, parking place available

Excellent behavior & average room condition.
The stay is approx 1 km inward from the main road. I was given a ground floor room which is according to the receptionist is too older. Due to this the wall is watering & the bathroom was smelling, but after asking this issue they sprinkle room freshener. Given blanket is also dirty. Conclusion is the room, bathroom are required more cleanliness, but the stuff behaviour is up to mark. They are very polite and humble. If any problem, you just ask once and they do it well. Overall good experience. 👍

very bad
It was very bad. room construction is going on. they given them another guest house room. there are No towel, no soup, doesn't tv work properly and even electricity did not work for some time.

We covered the extra Rs 200 cost and ensured our caretaker guided you to the new location and provided his contact number for any issues. He mentioned he didn't receive any calls from you, so we assumed everything was fine.
