I found it a bit dirty. But the staff was responsive and tried to solve the problems I faced. Price is reasonable and the location is easily detectable. Average stay in an easily accessible location. Not happy with the cleanliness of the linens, washroom etc. Food was alright. The staff is helpful. The ceiling fan of the room was very dangerous. Needs repairing or changing.

1. Location is apt. 2. Staff behaviour is good. 3. Despite the exhaust fan on, there was a stink in the bathroom/toilet. 4. I had to deal with mosquitoes at night. *Room no 306*

service is not good at all. hotel rooms are not well maintained . in washroom there is an issue to get hot water. mirrors are faded. first night i could not sleep due to mosquito. next day i found a small cockroach in the room. if i dont call the service they will not even come and clean floors. changing towels/bedsheets etc i think totally an out of habit for them.food is goos but very costly

as a solo traveler female i was given a room on the top floor where it was only me as a single female and my next room was full of man who was drunk, and the room smelled so bad like they haven’t washed or cleaned the room for months, the wall was with fungus and algae, there was no hygiene in the washroom, the toilet seat was broken and water blockage in basin and the bed and the room was filled with maggots i asked to change the room but they asked me for extra charge, the ac wasn’t working, no toilet papers, no room service and that time i checked out without even asking for refund since the staff was also seems quite drunk, that place was totally not for solo travel-ling female and even not for families, had the worst experience in safety, in the room hygiene and the staff behaviour.

Dirty pillows, no proper lights in premises/rooms. It's not a hotel basically situated in a mall floor, no receptionist, staf is not welcoming. Booked for two nights but left after one night. Overall experience is bad.

We booked a room for three but they allotted us a room for two. They said that only the deluxe room can accommodate 3 people so they didn't allot us that room and provided us a mattress. The jet spray in the bathroom wasn't working and so was the geyser.

It was good and comfortable stay for me. I had already stayed before and didn’t face any problem.

The service was poor. They charged more in comparison of their service. We booked and even paid for two people, but we were given a single room.

Bed sheets, blanket cover everything is dirty and worn out. Also the staff is not cooperative.

Everything was good and food was tasty though but costly

The property location is good. But the amenities provided were not good and sufficient. Blankets and pillows were dirty and a bad smell spoiled the stay. The food served by the hotel we're overpriced and of average quality. I find it is very difficult to recommend staying during the summer season.
