    Not maintained, reality is different than pictures Smelling rooms, bed sheets and pillow covers with stain, no hot water .! AC remote was not working .! Do not opt for breakfast- only two options puri bhaji and aloo paratha

    Room have different vide,but not well maintained, tv was not working , floor was not well except the maintenance the property is average to stay as it is near to the beach you will get easy access to it

    There were all types of insect in the room. There was a rat, lizards and there was no water in the cottage. It’s the worst stay i have booked in goa. Please guys avoid it.

    Day 1 was worst room stincked a lot bed towel and chairs, no hot water at all for 2 days and we did not take bath. Were dirty pool was not clean. They don't respond immediately it should not be called a resort cause it misses lot of resort capability day 2 was also similar same room. it's worst hotel ever i have been. Day 3 they moved us to cottage which was good then we had good room only for 2 days.

    the standard room which we booked was not good then they upgraded us after upgrading the room was good. staff is polite and helpful. pool is good . food was good. best is the property is just opposite the beach

    Poor Stay

    The place was stinking everywhere. No proper maintenance, no hot water for the shower, no room service, the swimming pool was dirty and the whole location was wet and muddy. Breakfast was okay. The sugar in the sachets kept in the room was also wet and not fresh. Regret the stay.

    Over priced hotel in the name of resor

    Hotel was ok but not as per the price we paid. It is so called beach front but at a very isolated area. We got charged for a room upgrade while we got the lower category of room from what we booked. The food was average and the pool was very small with 4 ft depth. The cottages are good but other rooms do not deserve 3k per night on week days.

    I recommend this hotel. Nice location corner of morjim beach. Very nice authentic indian taste food available at a reasonable rate in the hotel. Most of the time my family had here itself. Rooms are clean. I recommend this hotel.
