Wonderful weekend spend in Highgates with easy access to nightlife in church street. Best weekend ever

Excellent facilities and service. Loved the English breakfast. It was a pleasant stay at the highgates with access to a great nightlife in church street ❤️

The room was ok but Ac was making a lot of noise surprisingly the ac did not have any vents , could not sleep the entire night as ac was making a lot of noise since vents were not there . Sad part there was no break fast even though I paid 6k for room

Location was perfect, very close to MG road. Rooms were very neat and clean. Had lunch arlt Roomali restaurant which serves Indian food. Quality of food was good. Overall satisfied.

Ac wasnt working in the hotel. No hot water

Hotel is old and bathroom is small but yet good and clean. It is located in a busy place but a few metres inside still you can see the main road and it’s active. The good thing is there is around 4 restaurants in the premises itself.

Excellent location. Courteous and polite staff. Good in house restaurants. Clean rooms and ready to help staff.

Good location and ambience, decent parking space and helpful staff. We had to keep our luggage even after checkout and they helped us.

The hotel is terrible with zero service and security policy. The guard itself was sleeping and will behave very rude.

The hotel is placed at a convinient location and room and staff is good. The breakfast was also good.

I had stayed here for almost 13 days. The service is very average. Furniture and fixtures we broken and out of order. Washroom were not maintained for a long duration. And the worst part is they don't have completely breakfast. Which is really bothering as its really difficult to find breakfast in that area on those hours.

One of my favorite hotels near church street. Staff is really good. Have been visiting this hotel regularly since 2 years now. Hotel has two restaurants just outside which are very hygienic. Room are bit old build so please check the room first prior to checking-in and let the staff know if there's any problem and they will switch the room for you.

The only thing going for this hotel is its location on church street. Besides that, the staff are incompetent and uncouth, the bedsheets are disgusting to sleep on, there are broken fixtures in the bathroom, you have to deal with leaking water from the ac duct as well as kill the odd few cockroaches. As much as i love this hotels location, i'm never going back nor recommending it to anyone else.

It's easy to find the hotel, it's tidy and clean, but expensive and the bathroom's wet and dry areas aren't divided. Not worth for the money.

It was a great experience. Very neat and clean, hygienic. Food was very good. Location was amazing.

Pleasant convenient stay right close to the metro station and at the very centre of such a lively place in bengaluru. Pretty quiet even though outside areas were noisy. Clean rooms and friendly staff made it a memorable stay. Truly value for money.

High gates can become the pride of church street if it raises its customer service standards which currently is not where it should be. We thank victor from the reception management for his proactive gesture of changing our room at our behest - the earlier room left a lot to be desired and we had the company of a few cockroaches as well - thanks only to victor we got a new room which was distinctly better. The service guys anmol and bishnu were v wry helpful too. The food is average - the cream of chicken was a disaster - it tasted like sour kadhi. The earlier room had been sold to us as the best room in the hotel which was a ridiculous claim. High gates certainly had an old world charm to it which the hotel needs to build on, not dilute it. Beyond doubt, the location is the best in bangalore - hope the management makes high gates the best on church street!
