Best location, excellent rooms, very much discounted price, great staff behavior. We as a frequent traveller still can't believe the experience with so value of money. They indeed maintained world class in room facilities. In short it's awesome. They upgraded our rooms with interconnected door.

The hotel is located at a prime location and all areas can be easily accessed with the very affordable tuktuks. With aesthetically appealing interiors and the sweetest and most welcoming staff, spacious rooms and amazing amenities, this hotel is definitely the best in siliguri. I had an extremely comfortable and pleasant stay here.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions

The hi-land hotel in siliguri was excellent in every way! clean rooms without any musty smell! very important for someone with breathing troubles! also great service and food. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Location is good. On main road and easily accessible. Uber cap available. Nearby many mall and shopping complex situated. It is decent upscale hotel. Room are spacious with work station and sofa inside room. Bath room also very upscale with specified shower area. Air conditioner work really well in scorching heat in summer of may month. Even television has all channel subscriptions. Food in restaurant is good in quality and portion wise. Service is top notch.
