Very nice hotel, specially the staffs are awesome. Hotel is clean and soap and shampoo are provided. Only they are not providing towels due to corona. Geyser is working fine. Overall a good, affordable stay. Thanks to the owner manager for such nice cooperation.

Safe for everyone. Staffs are nice. Location great. Hotel is cleann, affordable, ots couple friendly and station is very near entire siliguri local transport easily available from hotel location.

Used the hotel for the night's stay on way to gangtok. Rooms are small. Tv doesn't work. Mattress in hard. Lacks lift. But the room and washroom is clean. Hotel is ok if the stay is short and used as transit. Though a bit costly even for that.

Property is good but behavior of the owner or people in is not so good. They just asked me why I booked it rather go for offline and asking everytime do you need ac room. so annoying it is and the last thing if you don't order anything from the hotel they won't provide you anything like Soap, Towel or water. Totally a bad experience after all and when we are about to leave in morning they asking for tips. what a joke 🤣🤣 isn't it.

It's a roadside property. Transportation is good. No food provided from hotel. Food have to arrange by your own.
