I don't feel any safety here, bcz early morning 4:30 while sleeping i heard a sound and when i looked towards the door, the door is partly opened and some one is standing outside, when i go and check he jst getaway, everything thing is ok

Room was ok. While booking there was no option to book ac room. Room has a very small wall fan which is of no use. So I asked for ac and paid the extra amount. Linen can be more clean. Fittings in Bath room are not well maintained. In a restaurant available in the hotel, food was ok.

The hotel hill view tower has closed and new hotel named as palat residency has started with different owner. But in make my trip it is still active, i lost my money and was forced to book another room on additional payment.
