The room js so good and excellent. The service ppl are so good. Food was so great. Wat ever we ask thy wll give us. So patience ppl. Everythng wat ever thy mentioned its available. Room ambiance was so good

No proper guidance or signage for the road leading upto the property, behind the sai temple doesn't give any clue that it's through a narrow to extremely narrow passage. Amenities are very average only plus is the lake view from the lawn. Terrible bathroom smell and lighting

When I go into the room I checked but the TV was not in a working. I mean no channels are working. When I inquire they told they didn't pay the payment for channels. Then how can we stay without a TV which is basic requirement and for a room charges for high per day. I asked them to do the needful but the next day also nobody take care about this. Other wise the staff are good. But TV which is a basic need is disappointing.

Beautiful place with spacious rooms, the room service was not up to the mark. The room was ready even when we had called a day before to confirm our check in time.
The room service was okay, no dustbins. WiFi was there but they didn't know correct password.

They cancel-led the booking citing a technical error and did not care to provide any alternative.

A lot to improve

Good but very expensive breakfast poor hygiene cracks and dents on the floor no fan, no heater ( fortunately- hot water facility worked after having tried and waited for nearly 1 hour. Not worth for the money paid no amenities or shops nearby need to travel a full long 2-3 kms to reach the kodai town one way and another 2-3 kms to get back to the place, and the only mode of travel is to book a cab( minimum 300 for 1 km.

Not worth staying here.

The staff is off and the rooms are really bad. The rooms are really tiny and not ideal for vacations

Room was not clean and there is no dustbin in the room and even water pipe in the bathroom is very slow. I waited for 30 mins to fill the bucket.
