5. The room service and cleanliness of the place was as i expected it to be and the atmosphere was also more welcoming. The view from the room was a bit bad but i can live with it as i was only staying overnight

It was Solo stay, room was specious, washroom was clean, bus stand and everything was nearby to the location, Hotel services was very good, staff behavior was very courteous, only the issue was no network. Overall it was good stay. I would like to suggest to all.

This location is very poor and room is not complete clean. And no tv connection. Inside room no mobile network connect. This room charge is not satisfied.

Pros: helpful staff and decent location from city cons: the rooms are bit under average and also not exactly like the photos, the condition of the accesories in room are old, the air conditioner was throwing water and the bathroom handles were coming out.

Make my trip not provide good hotel rate also to high because same hotel provide room only 3000 including all tex. And karvati hotel 2800 & hotel star valley and 10 good hotel rate 3000 but i have pay 5200 after discount how to justify. Make my trip

Staff was good. Food was not that good and costly also. You may find better hotels with better views and location in mount abu. But if you want minimize your trip cost, this hotel can be a good option.

The hotel seems like an Mumbai Chaal from outside, but the rooms are good in the front, don't think of it as a family hotel, as it is not, the best description for hotel is not value for money
