I don't know who rated this hotel as 3 or 4 star. not even worth 2 star. the property is ok, but the behaviour of the staff, customer service, food, nothing is upto the mark.

Good room and amenities.Exhaust fan at the toilet was noisy.That was the only issue faced.Everything except that was fantastic and properly functional.Service and hospitality was also very good. I am very happy with the facilities and location.Calm.and quiet atmosphere.Very well mannered and friendly staff.Only problem faced was toilet exhaust was too bit noisy.Might be due to mechanical issues.All the other facilities was good and I am very happy .

The hotel has ample space and a pleasant ambience. Stay is safe and 24 hrs guards are available in premises. Yes room service can be improved.

Room was neat and clean. Staffs also very kindly but only AC is not working good no cooling have to maintain properly

Nice neat room & washroom. Allowed early checkin at 11.30 an though the actual time was 2.00 pm. Nice courteous staff.

The stay was very comfortable, only the ac was not in that good condition. And refilling water bottles was not done only one water bottle was kept . And other than that everything was good. Restrooms were neat . Complimentary breakfast was also good . We had many varieties to eat. Overall the stay was good. I would prefer this hotel again for my vacations and to people's looking for a good and comfortable stay. Thanks you

No water in the property from morning 7AM till 10AM

Stayed in Suite room. Bedroom AC was not working properly. They have contact numbers mentioned for Room service and House keeping but they never attend to calls made. You need to call Reception every time. They have menu available but it takes 1.5 to 2 hrs for them to give you the order (Note: Swiggy/Zomato delivers in 10-15 mins with almost same price). When you ask them the reason for delay, they reply that to order with Swiggy or Zomato. Room service staff's are very rude.

The executive rooms are extremely small. When we checked in, the bathroom had a foul odor, stains on the walls, and hair scattered across the floor. The bed sheets were stained, and despite repeated calls, housekeeping was unavailable until late at night due to the Onam holidays. Although breakfast was included in the package, food availability was a major issue. Around 9 AM, when about four families arrived for breakfast, there was hardly any food left, and the staff had to make last-minute arrangements by preparing upma. After raising these concerns, the hotel upgraded us to a suite for a day as a gesture, but for the remaining two days, they charged us extra. Initially, they even hesitated to provide the suite in full, and the front desk staff came across as unpleasant—mainly because they were trying to charge additional amounts without addressing the issues directly. While a few staff members were courteous, the overall experience was disappointing. I would neither return to this property nor recommend it to anyone.

I had called a day prior to inform your team of my arrival time. However, upon arrival, I was told the room was not ready and was asked to wait for 30 minutes. When I finally entered the room, I noticed that the bathroom floor mat and drinking glasses were missing. Additionally, while the hotel offers complimentary breakfast, I found the service lacking. By 9 AM, most of the food was already finished, and with only one staff member attending to all guests, any order took considerable time to be served. Another inconvenience was related to the butter served at breakfast. While I understand the need to keep it refrigerated, it should be placed outside during breakfast hours to allow guests to use it easily. I had to request hot water just to melt it and make it usable. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge the housekeeping staff, who were well-mannered and always accessible. I hope you take this feedback constructively and make the necessary improvements for the comfort of future guests.

We book suit room in Hilux Courtyard Hotel but it was not worthy for a normal room price also . And morning break fast was spoiled chetney served and even the other food was not upto the mark for the price . Better to book normal room with them .

The stay was really awesome,they provided our needy .It was really very much comfortable but litttle disappointing was the morning breakfast,could have been little better , otherwise the stay could been give a 9/10 for sure . It was my 5th time hopefully at hilux and I always loved the stay at Hilux .

AC was not working , staff came and cleared it by around midnight. Room service was not available next morning, tried multiple times . There were no adequate dental kits . overall bad experience. Not recommended for families
