Not clean, no breakfast, no towel. Not Worth the price. Ideally, pull down from company for MakeMyTrip's sake.

I have been to this property twice before a few years back and it has only gone down from there. I went there for work. The service is so poor that the basic amenities such as water wasn't available. Breakfast that was included in the booking wasn't served. There is no staff whatsoever. Just one person who part manager part cook running Around trying to manage but is failing miserably. The rooms had a damp smell and bedsheets were used and dirty with stains. Only my heart knows how we managed one night. We had a booking for 2 days but we checked out the next day because of the poor hygiene and service. This place needs renovation and better staff. Otherwise, there's no room for places like these anywhere.
