The building has an attractive exterior, but the room was in poor condition. The tv was broken, there was peeling plaster and paint from water damage, and the bathroom doorknob was malfunctioning. The wi-fi worked briefly before cutting out, and the receptionist seemed uninterested in helping, simply stating, "it's working for me, sir" i couldn't shake the feeling that they were deliberately ignoring the issue.

Located walking distance from the main leh market. Luxurious stay within budget. Ample parking, good views and decent meals. Staff was hospitable and very helpful. Would visit again.

Staff are very pleasing. As i am strict vegetarian, they have arranged "jain food" for me. Hotel ambiance is excellent. Room is clean and neat. I am fully satisfied. Definitely will recommend to others

Hotel location is good. For travellers oxygen is an issue in Ladakh hence they should have lift for top floors. Rooms don't have exhaust fan and in Leh one can't keep the window open for ventilation as the winds are chilly here. Food is okay but staff is very helpful.

The hotel owner Mr. Nurbu is very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay. The staff were very helpful. The hotel provides you almost every facilities from good rooms to cabs, bikes, information.
