The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious food and loved the convenient location close to major attractions, it was very peaceful place and with a great himalaya view

It is a slice of heaven! easily the best resort in mukteshwar. The serene environment and breathtaking views make it the perfect retreat. Highly recommend it!

The property is located in a serene location with beautiful views of the valley. The staff is cooperative and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, issues with network connectivity but they provide us wifi. The food quality was good. The property is recommended for those who want to disconnect from the virtual world and relax from the hustle bustle of the city life & enjoy a peaceful stay amid-st nature. The hotel has an extremely beautiful view.

Room was spacious. Big terrace in front of room with nice view of valley. Support staff was very cooperative. Breakfast options are limited. Food was like home made preparation but tasty. Parking is on roadside only. We had to climb around 40-50 steps to move in-out of property. Washrooms were spacious but missing basic toilateries like soap and paper napkins. Wifi was free but too slow. No safe and katle were provided. Tv was not working. No complimentary water bottles. Place was very calm and comfortable. Overall good experience for the cost paid. Would recommend this place if family has plans for full day outing for 1-2 days.

Very horrible experience during stay at this hotel. Food quality was very poor. No room service is available for room cleaning and other items. Bed sheet was very dirty. No proper water supply or interpreted water supply was available at washroom. I need 100% refund against this booking.

Property's location is not big task to find but the food the hospitality is very poor. They have only two staff and they manage all things serving cleaning cooking etc. I tried to contact mmt but couldn't connect with them. As per charges service is very poor and everything is dirty. They are asking money for utensils.
