Firstly, the manager told us that its hotel doesn't accept booking however my booking was corporate. He did not allow me to check in almost one and a half hours. After the intervention he allowed me to check in. Second is wooden hut given by hotel which lots of nail was out side of wooden floor which was major safety issues.
