Review Of Hireavilla | Luna - 2BHK Villa with Private Pool in Anjuna

I’m truly disappointed to have to write this review, but I feel it’s important so that the owner takes responsibility and addresses these issues. I will never stay here again. What shocks me most is that I’ve stayed at the La Zamora property before which is in the same place but 3bhk and had a really great experience, so I expected the same. Unfortunately, Villa 2 at La Risa was extremely poorly managed and maintained. We checked in after 7 PM (already later than usual), only to find that almost everything in the villa was either not working, old, and dirty. Instead of enjoying our stay, we spent the entire next day chasing people to come and fix things. This completely ruined our vacation. To make matters worse, a staff member named Diana was extremely rude when we raised our concerns. She didn’t acknowledge any of the problems, spoke dismissively, and when we asked her to come in person so we could discuss checking out, she never showed up. Overall, this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others against staying at La Risa until serious improvements are made.

I asked for cancellation due to some emergency i didn’t stay for 2 days. Arora sr you can refund 50% refund that also you didn’t do that. I requested ka deduct 1 day payment and 2 nd day will be refunded

Very nice property at a good location. All good nightclubs and cafés are nearby. Zomato and Swiggy delivery available if you don’t feel like going out. I stayed with my family for 5 nights and it was an amazing experience. Decent sized swimming pool and clean property. All staff available on a single call and the pool gets cleaned everyday. Perfect for a small family or two couples.

the place is excellent, very much comfortable, 100% privacy and very good response from the staff and owner. only the lacking part is no toilet on ground floor in this two floor villa, rest is all excellent 👍🏻
