Review Of HM Resort - Mysore

it was a good experience in hm resort value for money and to enjoy with family and friends nice

This booking was handled by makemytrip when one of my booking got canceled. But the resort was great for the price and located in a quiet area with all basic amenities. Secure parking inside premises, good restaurant, indoor and outdoor activities, swimming pool, polite and pleasant staff. Room and bathroom were old fashioned but clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable.

Mattress was in horrible condition. The food that was served for the breakfast were very average, and they had not maintained the hygiene at all in the restaurant, and the staffs are very unprofessional. I would not advise this for a family. Not at all worth for the money that we are paying

The photos does not match with the real property. AC wasn't working, T.V hindi channels were not subscribed, Rooms bed sheets were not as clean as expected. limited food option. complimentary breakfast was of very low quality. overall stay was below average. Somehow passed two days as there was no refund policy. will not recommend anyone to visit this place, specially if you are with family. 1

Location, staff behavior, facilities and food all are excellent. Highly recommended place to stay with Family, very close to most of the tourist places of Srirangapattana and Mysore . They have well maintained swimming pool also. Food also very tasty and they served very good complimentary Break Fast with many varieties.

Its in horrible condition. Please donot book. The listing photos are completelyand the property is filled with 5-6 bees nests and the pool is extremely slimy its worse than a pond. Rooms are extremely small and unhygenic.

They have maintained the hotel in very bad condition which I felt very uncomfortable and when it comes to food taste, i had very horrible experience which I cannot express in words..literally i found out cockroach in chutney in the morning brakfast..please think twice before booking this property

Close enough to Mysore and even closer to the expressway-well placed resort, nice staff which covers up for a few short comings but that’s perfectly fine...they are helpful and accommodative

Amenities are very poor.. Rooms are not clean. Bathroom will not cleaning properly..AC will not work properly..AC out let water will flow inside the room..Bed sheet and pillow cover not change..

The place is located extremely remote. but that's would have been okay if the property was nice. The property was horrible. The place smelled like a hospital. When we reached, we asked the receptionist for a coffee... the restaurant place looked like a hostel canteen. After seeing this we did not even feel like going and seeing the room, we left and booked another place. This place is not even worth 500Rs./- they are charging as much as big resorts or hotels but the place is extremely ill maintained

Room is very spacious Food is terrible and below average Friendly staff But equipments or whatever Electoronic things are not accessible Had to follow up on them for each and every basic we needed repeated, (toiletries, towels, kettle, remote.....)

One of the Best hotel in Mysuru

Location is good staff members are very polite good spacious rooms. The only drawback was the rest rooms, they were untidy and stains all over the walls and tiles. Overall a good place for a family outing
