Best hotel in Manali sarounded by devdar jungle and best amminities in hotel food is good and services

I had corner room with 3 side views. Other rooms have only one side view. Breakfast buffet was also good but no sweet dish. They didn’t provided towels, I had to request for and then got it.

Location is near to mall road. food was very good and tasty.Room was neat and clean. service was excellent.

I visited this hotel with my family, including my 2-year-old daughter, and had a horrible experience. We had already discussed and agreed on extra charges for a late checkout since our bus was in the evening. However, in the morning, we were pressured to check out earlier just so they could demand even more money. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. Additionally, the heater charges varied from person to person, which felt completely unfair. Due to their unreasonable policies, I had to book another hotel just for a few hours. On top of that, they charged extra for just a 2-hour early check-in, which was completely unjustified. There are many better hotels nearby with lower prices and much better service. This hotel’s 3-star rating is misleading—it doesn’t even deserve that!

the place was incredible, and the hospitality was exceptional. the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. as for the food, it was absolutely delicious—i truly enjoyed every meal.

Staying at Holiday Home Hotel was a different kind of pleasure. Talking about the hotel staff, they are very nice and soft spoken and the hotel made us meet the car owner Bhagat Ram ji. We had a very good experience. While renting a car from Bhagat Ram ji, no amount of praise would be enough for him. He is very nice and soft spoken and his driver Pankaj behaved like a family member to us. I would like to say to all of you that if you ever come to Manali, you can book cars from Bhagat Ram ji. Very well maintained hotel for a stay for your journey. Very nice behaviour from nisha suryavanshi ji, home singh ji and krishna ji. All staff are very helpful.
