    The stay and arrangements were good. Despite the small size of the room it had all the amenities and was very comfortable. The only flaw was the bathroom design which would let water spill into the room from the gaps on the door.

    Location - okay. Little out of sight. Food - below average. Very basic and minimal options in menu, with below average performance in taste. Breakfast buffet is better, but also could do with more variety of options and more attention to taste. Facilities - good aside from the smell from the inbuilt mattress floor not being properly deep cleansed, leading to the funky odour. Staff - polite but not attentive to requests.

    The room pictures look bigger online, but in reality the rooms are quite small. The washroom is divided into three separate parts – commode in one area, washbasin in the room itself, and an open bathing area separately. Overall, the layout was not very comfortable.

    Paying per day for a hotel not eben worth was not justified. cramped room, wash basin inside the room...not in toilet. No table to eat or work. No chair in room. Bad smell coming always inside. All bad things one can imagine.

    very very small room ....not as per their description mentioned. wash basin along with bedroom very worst idea or design chances if getting infected. rest room is partially open mode serious concern, stinky smell ....you have to sleep along with the stinky bad smell

    Check in experience was horrible. Rooms, especially the bathroom, are bit congested. The food quality has been very good. House keeping was very good, neat and well mannered staff. WiFi was not available except that got access only the last day of my 8 night stay. WiFi unavailability was disgusting.

    Room extremely small, it was so congested that i washbasin was right next to bedroom. Shower room was standing, could even sit and take bath. Toiletries weren't provided. Breakfast wasnt exciting / lack variety. Overall would recommend this hotel for business stay or just layover wouldnt recommend for long stay / retreat.

    Worst experience ever. Never expected this from such a renowned hotel chain. The rooms were so small, suffocating and uncomfortable..no space to walk normally in the room..no soace to keep luggage also. No proper management no proper staff..food was 3rd grade. Not appropriate even as business hotel. Also pls hear a funny incident where we kept a food item(curd) in the refrigerator..while we checked out we asked the staff to get the same but instead he was enjoying the food in the room without our permission when we thought why is he delaying in getting our luggage we went up to check and he started to fumble requesting not to complain in reception. By the way he was the security guard of the hotel. I dont know if our luggae or safety is a concern for holiday inn
