We had to wait for over half an hour before we could check in. After we checked in, the service was good. However, they missed the 3 am Wake up call

First, let’s. Just say, an angel named Anand, completely cared for me by helping me figure out the hotel situation at Delhi! He gets 5 stars for making my layover not a complete wreck. I had a reservation at the Holiday inn located in the T 3 terminal. You have to leave domestic within 24 hours of arriving, which I was but out of a different airport. Long story short, it was not going to work for me in the morning. Moving along, Anand helped me get checked in and even helped with the bags. Thus hotel has great amenities like massage, gym and a great little restaurant to eat at in the morning. The food was fabulous! Service was top notch from the front desk to the check out! This is when Sonu took over and agsin walked me through the maze of check in lines! I honestly don’t think this would have gone as well without both fantastic Travel Angels!” I’m safely in Rishikesh but I highly recommend the staff and crew and stay at the Holiday Inn DEL

I stayed here during my transit from international arrivals to domestic airport jn Delhi Terminal 3. They have 2 wings where you can stay depending on your departure ticket. Since my departure was from domestic i stayed in the domestic wing. I must say they have excellent facilities inspite of limited space to work with since they are inside an airport. The prices are premium due to the location and taxes linked to airport facilities. The entry procedure might also seem slightly complicated but they have dedicated counters and staff to make sure there is a concierge guiding you during entry and exit. so do contact the front desk whenever you have a booking. The services and quality of rooms and facilities is excellent and I liked the food a lot. we had all their bento box types : Indian, Continental and asian and liked all 3 although my personal favorite was Indian. The breakfast spread was nice and suitable for everyone including vegetarians and non vegetarians. I recommend this place to everyone who needs to stay over in Terminal 3 especially for more than 4 or 5 hours.

The entrance to the filter for the hotel is poorly organized, the staff members take too long to go to the guests to level the areas, the service is generally slow and inefficient.

When arriving after a long flight from the us a while after midnight, i had to find out that guests cannot get into the hotel without a boarding pass indicating that they fly out within 24 hours. This was despite a valid, confirmed reservation. I even received an email two days before my arrival, that the hotel was expecting my arrival. What a disappointment.

I had booked this hotel for an upcoming trip, but unfortunately, my flight was canceled, and i couldn’t make it on the original dates. When i reached out to the hotel to reschedule my stay, i was shocked to find that i was being asked to pay significantly more than what i had originally paid for the booking. I understand that pricing can vary, but given the unforeseen circumstances, i expected a bit more flexibility or understanding. Instead, the process felt rigid and unaccommodating. This experience left me disappointed, and i will think twice before booking here again.

Good stay but counter in airport so difficult to find. Airport staff is not able to give information. They amused me by running all over the airport hall. The correct information was given to me by staff from a hotel outside the airport, which is not normal.

The hotel was great but the rooms didn't have good temperature control and the carpets (especially in the hallways) were old so had a musty smell. The service was exceptional.

My mm t booking says check in time after 2pm. Reached at 230pm. Hotel said i can check in only after 415pm since my next flight at 415pm next day. I couldn’t check in

Most of the staff we approached in the airport did not know about the whereabout. Of the hotel nor did we read any sign board as guide. We roamed around blindly not knowing what to do till someone guided us to a lady at the help counter. She further misguided and we were guided to go out of the airport. There we met an official and requested for help. He called the hotel and requested the receptionist to send to gate 1 th come and collect us and guided to the gate1. Finally rep from the hotel arrived and did the needful and we finally reached the hotel good 50 minutes later. I suggest that printed guide route to the hotel be be sent along with the confirmation of booking letter and also guide signs put up on the route to follow and most importantly a contact phone number to seek help.

I have booked this t3 holiday inn express from other country however when i'm about to check in they told me i'm not allow and told me to take another hotel outside the airport. They told me they will refund me within 24hrs however i have still not received any refund

Everything was good. Nice stay. I felt comfortable after a tiring day. Food was also good. Before starting a long day we relaxed here. Just because of it we again booked holiday inn in paris also. Thanks.

We were unable to check in. Our flight was from terminal 2 and it was not clear while booking that terminal 2 passengers cannot stay in this hotel. It was very unpleasant as i was traveling with an infant and senior citizens. Customer care was terrible at both make my trip and holiday inn in terms of explaining why they can’t allow us or even sharing the bare minimum requirement upfront.

It was a terrible experience. Will never book holiday inn express t3 airport hotel again

Other than having to go through multiple checkpoints to get there, the personnel were very helpful and attentive, and it was good to have the option of staying at the terminal to catch an early morning flight. The room was clean and peaceful.

There was nothing mentioned that ticket should be from terminal 3 we have booked as we have early flight pls refund our amount.

The person could not check in as their flight was from terminal 2 (but arrived internationally on t3. This is horrible service with no prior intimation. They had to book another hotel on the spot. Worst experience ever and refusing to refund.

Small rooms, shortage of staff, tired unwelcoming staff, food menu is very limited. Rooms are very very small for the charges.
