The room was spacious and the view was wonderful, however, hygiene was not upto the mark.
It did not stand up to the 5 star standards, toiletries were never refilled during house keeping and only when requested, the room was wet and slippery after housekeeping, not enough towels were provided. No bathmat or bathrobes were provided as mentioned previously.
The food was good taste wise, however the restaurant staff were very laid back and we had to request everything multiple times before it was fulfilled. A couple of staff were rude too.
However, the receptionist was very polite and tried to accommodate our requests. So, overall, an average experience. Would probably not visit again.
