The stay experience was really good. Food is awesome with lot of variety. The only negative point I would say is that they could not entertain our request of late checkout. We had a small baby with us so it was kind of expected. Rest I would recommend this place for peaceful and fun-filled family stay.

Overall, it's a great property with excellent beach connectivity, delicious food, and a very helpful staff. The large pool is a big plus! However, there are a couple of areas that need attention - the room interiors and sizes could be improved, as they feel a bit cramped. Also, beware of the crows near the pool! They can be quite aggressive and swoop down in groups to snatch food, making it a bit of a challenge to enjoy a meal there.

Location is great, amenities are top notch. The beach view and accessibility is awesome. Corridors are a bit smelly and buffet refill takes forever

Excellent stay! The hospitality was truly top-notch , right from check-in, reception, service, and food (both buffet and à la carte). A special thanks to the Chef and team for thoughtfully arranging a wholesome packed breakfast and accommodating our special requests, as we had an early checkout before the buffet service began.

while the property is at a great location and the staff is sweet, there is a lack of safely communication from the teams. I was stung by a jellyfish at the beach- there are no warnings or signages. everyone knew what to do so clearly it's a fairly common occurrence. the hotel takes no responsibility for communicating the risk. be very careful or pick a different place

Spacious and serene, but needs more activitie

The property is well-maintained with courteous and helpful staff. Cleanliness is impressive, and the breakfast spread is quite good, though a bit more variety would make it even better. The spacious lawn and open areas are beautiful, but they feel underutilized. With the ample space available, the property could introduce more engaging activities—such as a mini golf course or enhanced indoor games—to make the overall experience more enjoyable. Currently, the indoor game options are quite limited, leaving guests with not much to do within the property. Direct access to beach is nice and feels like a private beach.

We had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Resort, Goa. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-kept. The swimming pool was excellent — clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The staff was extremely caring and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The best part is that the resort has everything you need — from great food to leisure activities — so you don’t even feel the need to step out. A perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday!

Family of 3 stayed for 3N and 4D Amazing exper

Right from the seamless check in to checkout and everything in between, our stay at Holiday Inn was nothing short of amazing. The property itself is breathtaking with lush green lawns and rooms that have great views irrespective of where they face. It has direct access to the Mobor beach which is one of the very few clean and less crowded beaches left in Goa. This was the first ever proper holiday for my 1.5 yo and the staff ensured that we had everything handy. They even provided customized baby food. The property also has a great play area to keep the kids engaged. The breakfast spread was wonderful with freshly baked bakery items every day! the quality of food is really great. The spa was an experience in itself. And we made the most of our pool time. Would definitely visit again! Special appreciation for a few staff members who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable- Seeya, Mousin, Shekhar, Nathan.

Great Property next to the Beach

Its a good beachside property with easy access to the clean Mobor beach. the service at the resort was really very good. they have lots of activities for kids, however, some of them are chargeable which we felt was the only downside.

Holiday inn location is absolutely stunning, it is right in the Mobor beach. But their dinner buffet was extremely disappointing for a five-star hotel—bland, poorly presented, and far from expectations. A place of this standard should deliver excellence, but the meal felt more like a budget cafeteria experience.
