The stay was ok, rooms are not big enough. Food is good but costly. Staff is very friendly and service is excellent

Great location, great helpful staff. Restaurant catered for our dietary requirements. 15 minute walk to Ram Jhula.

Centrally located with lots of traffic all around. Local transport easily available. Food - Had only three breakfasts. The menu was simple and not so eloborate as in 3/4 star properties. Swimming pool is an apology for its name, very small, not even a poodle. Staff is courteous, particularly of the restaurant. Front office staff, I didn't find to be helpful, rather tried to be smart. Had booked a premium room , and initially allotted a stuffy and smelly room. When I raised the concern, changed to different room with a balcony. Overall a satisfactory stay.

Property is located at good location, very clean polite staff. Breakfast has limited options and food menu also has limited options. Test wise okay. Not so good compared to pricing.

The hotel is very strategically placed as laxman jhula, market, shivpuri are in close vicinity. Rooms are spacious, staff is very polite, helpful and nice. Food is simple yet delicious and they have good variety in the breakfast as well.

Good experience. Property location is good. Nice food, there were little cleanliness issue. Only problem was frequent power cuts at property. They need to do some thing about these power cuts.

The staff isn’t professional at all. Bad experience with the receptionist and housekeeping while checking out.

Very clean and very comfortable stay. Worth the price. Rooms were decently sized and well equipped. Bathrooms were clean. Breakfast spread was less, but good enough. Overall a thumbs up.

Hotel holy river is a beautiful property. Very elegant. Room size was very spacious. Bathroom very clean and hygienic. Food was delicious. Buffet breakfast was reasonable. It is advisable to come to rishikesh by your own vehicle. Overall very happy with our stay in the hotel. I have recommended the hotel to a friend who is coming to rishikesh.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is really good and the hotel staff was courteous. The only thing i did not like is there was no balcony and windows were locked from inside.

Good hotel, we had a great stay. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The food served was also very good and tasty. Location of hotel is the best, very close to laxman jhula. Hotel has big parking area, my car was parked inside hotel without any issues.
