Condition of room and washrooms was deplorable and unfit to be hosted on a leading travel portal like mmt. Very bad experience for a booking through mmt.

Drunk manager at the reception

I reached at 10 pm. The night manager refused to open the gate saying the hotel is full. When informed of advance booking and payment through mmt he first said to go to some other hotel. Eventually very reluctantly opened the gate. He was dead drunk. Could not even stand properly. The next morning there was no water supply in the bathroom. Disgusting experience.

Very bad experience during stay

First of all the contact number of the hotel was switched off which is given by you. There was a bad smell in the room. Nor was there any pillow on the bed. Bathroom and room were not cleaned. Nor was there any knob from inside on the door of the room.

I was not able to check in because property was not traceable. Twice i call to hotelier and once mm t support also called to hotelier but didn't get response. So finally not checked in to this hotel

I stated at this hotel from 05/04/21, to 08. 4/2021 on my visit the hotel manager gave me a back room with no hot water in the bathroom with no tv connection i requested them to solve all this problem but no action has been taken from their side till my departure date there is no house keeping, no bucket inside the room, it is really a very very bad experience, and i will no one should visit this property.
