poor stay no electricity, no cleaning service , taps broken, fans broken, no room service, attendants not even picking calls , whole day without electricity asked for help denied. don't book - charges as per high grade hotel but zero amenities.

Location and food were good. But basic amenities in washroom like soap, shampoo etc. were not available. Otherwise the staff and service was good.

As per my record you stay at mountain view room with north face watching lush white Rohtang snow peaks. room was neet and clean washroom do not have exhaust fan but a big ventilator which should be open for fresh air. It seems you have continuously and consistently open the shower or tap. further It is true there is no AC. Yes we do not have AC because there is no need of AC in Manali instead we provide heavy blankets to avoid shivering and cold. Your room was book for rs 1200 approx in Manali in peak season. What else you can expect when we are giving you top class facility unlimited hot water 24 hours at minimal prize when others are charging 3500 to 35000 per night for same dates with less facilities. you need to spend many more thousand to get world class facilities. I recommend you try Five star Hotel in Manali and spend in thousand and lakh per night, you will be pleased to see the facilities. Thankyou We will try to improve and increase the facilities in near future.

location is good . they only serve breakfast and dinner no lunch . room service is also average. rooms are clean . more snacks option in the menu should be included. over all its a nice stay .

The property is situated in close proximity to mall road, provided you are not averse to walking 15-20 mins. Location is okay, however, what is worth noticing are the spacious rooms and very reasonable rates that one has to pay for it.

Showing himself being a discipline person booked 4 rooms for two days and requested to adjust 2 rooms for 4 days. ridiculous himself did not follow the rules and did not come on time for breakfast, non compliance with everything, ask for discount at the time of departure for the food that he consumed. I only want to say God Bless You
