The property is a good place, they received me from the main road. Other services are average. One of the rooms was full darkness when electric goes off.

Location is good. Near from mall road. Room is ok ok. One prob is geyser is not properly working. Other wise its a good stay. Mainly couple friendly.

small but good to stay.Rooms and toilets are clean but our room had a very narrow small toilet! View isn't that great from the rooms or corridor! very well behaved and well mannered staff!

Location was ok. Up hill climb from chawk baazzar. Room size small. Small bed. No fan inside the room. Water geyser not working.

Room is overpriced. The room does not even have a window and proper exhaust. Sufficient kitchen amenities for homestay are not there. Room was damp. Photographs of the rooms provided at the time of booking was clearly deceptive. The washroom does not have proper drainage hence the floors of the washroom are always slippery. The caretaker mr. Sanjit is the only good thing about this homestay. He is very helpful, courteous and available whenever he is needed. The property is located within the walking distance of mall and taxi stand, but is not approachable through motor-able road.

Staff behavior was very good, owner has a helping behavior, clean room, clean but very small toilet with geyser facility operates from reception. No view room. Noise coming from outside/reception causing big problem for our sleep as the only one window of our room that too opens in reception. We face power off problem as no generator/inverter facility available. No tv, no electric kettle. Pathetic mobile network.

It's a terrific entrance, smells urinal in staircase. Room is small but it's ok, i adjusted that. But there is no hot water. They should maintain the water issue. And care taker also didn't get back our identity card return till we asked next day.

Property 's location is very bad, you have to take 60/70 stair steps to go to mallroad, which is very dirty. Bathroom size is like a pencil box. Till it is a homestay but there is too much restriction to use kitchen and have no gas or induction facility. The most important is that i have to pay rs 900 for breaking of a part of bathroom tap, although i have not done it intentionally, the tap was not so hard and with a normal touch it was broken unfortunately. But they demand the parts value and lab-our charges and finally i paid the amount. And at last i have to sleep on the floor mattress yet i have booked the room for 4 person.
