i had good experience. hotel is neat and clean and situated on a mall road.Food is good and rate is also ok

Extremely small beds , no lifts , very inconvenient , Location is fine but not suitable for elderly people as have to climb 2 stories without any lifts.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is courteous and attentive. Location is also good, everything is nearby and accessible.

Mr. Gopinath the front desk manager is extremely polite and humble. Their best waiter is Mr. Vatan Singh Gosain. He leaves no stone unturned to help the guests.Their best sweet dish is fruit custard and worst dish is rasgula. Veg. noodles are quite tasty and yummy. But your vehicle parking is solemnly your responsibility. They donot take any responsibility of parking. police cut challan of your vehicle and they absolutely take no responsibility which is worst thing of this hotel.

The property is situated within the heart of Mall Road and is 15mins walk from library chowk and 2mins walk from Ropeway for the Gun Hill...the staff is very friendly and cooperative...the food is delicious..it has all the basic amenities that is required...the view from the room is amazing specially at night where one can see the lights of Dehradun city..one should definitely go with the hotel...

Very nice hotel. Excellent location right on the Mall Road with great view of the valley. Rooms are good and clean and the service is excellent, staff is very prompt and helpful. Food is decent, the breakfast buffet spread is quite nice. Only since taxis are not allowed on the Mall road, you have to be prepared for a 10-min walk from the nearby Library Chowk (rickshaws are also available). Overall a nice stay and would love to visit again sometime

it was a fabulous stay... clean room and hotel. very polite and helpful staff. The mountain valley view from the room is excellent. bathroom is too good. food was very tasty. location is on the mall road, but not crowded. the walk from the library chowk is comfortable. will book again and recommend everyone to book this property

they gave us small room instead of deluxe room which is supposed to be bigger ! no facilities , tampered door lock , no amenities just bed and table not suggest
