Rooms are clean and tidy, but its a budget hotel so don't expect much

The staff of the hotel is not professional. The rooms are clean and tidy but the wash-room are quite average. The person at the reception is rude and not very helpful. The room service was quick though. They just need to work on their staff. Everything else is fine.
