I booked a single room with a shared bathroom. But it is as good as dormitory. The rooms are separated by a plywood sheet of which the upper portion is open. so the noise and light comes in even during night. and a hell lot of mosquitos. Location and heritage building are the only plus points.

The location is very good, walking distance from various tourist places. The individual rooms are also good and clean. The bathrooms are also clean enough. The stairs are a bit difficult as it is on the third floor and the stairs are small.

Neat place, not a great sta
The location is great and the staff are helpful. But as a female traveller i felt very unsafe through-tout my stay. Entrance is dark and narrow and you have to go through floors under construction to get to the 3rd floor. There are common toilets for men and women, on of which is next to the womens dorms. On top of it the dorm door couldnt be locked so it stayed open all night. The womens dorms doesnt have any windows so it shares a giant open ventilator with the private room. Conversations from that room kept me up all night.

One of the best lodge and dormitory in south mumbai.
The lodge is located near csmt station which you could say is the heart of south mumbai. Cleanliness and hygiene has been kept just like home. The owner Smt sujata ji is very courteous and professional. This place makes me kinda nauseous with old memories about my own grandparents home. Big hallways and rooms with beautiful images and painting of gods. This place has a life in itself, and if you want to experience something more than just some ordinary stay put hotel experience, come and stay here.

Bed bugs
points 1 ) location great near crowford mkt but property old and no lift. 3rd floor located property 2) I booked it for 2 days changed 3 beds in 4 beds dorm. due to bed bugs issue. didn't slept atoll specially night. 3) Mumbai needs a average cost hostel in specially south mumbai. if any one is thinking please I want to be a part.

It was horrible. The passage was without lights, and so were the stairs. Even though it was on the main road, no lift, and the place was creepy. That was my experience.

We are not stayed that hotel
We have booked this because of we are 3 ladies late night reached mumbai. Booked on safety purposes they denied to give room at 2 am. We keep calling them they didn't response our phone still we reached by cab at late night 1. 45am. They said hotel booking at 10am we can't give this room, cancel the our booking. They will accommodate with new booking direct. We denied to stay that hotel came back out 2. 13 am we see there on road till 4 am then we find some other hotel stayed. That time your customer care also not working. It's very worst hotel we never seen like that. After seeing 3 ladies they didn't help us. Please help us get refund
