cleanliness was not maintained and swimming pool was quite dirty… literally no staff to clean common tables.. room cleanliness was maintained . cafeteria food was decent enough . property area is nice but require attention from the owner

rooms are nice but there is no proper drinking water facility and food facility is provided to the customers. The maintenance of the resort is not that good. For the name sake they are maintaining it. There is also some issue with network (wifi) as well.

After i reached the property at about 10 pm on 7th november, i was told there was no vacant accommodation. The guy at the counter did something and the price suddenly shot up. Unfair dealings. Unfortunately, i had no choice but to somehow spend the night. Will never go back there again.
