Good hotel for staying, near to Ambala cantt railway station, everything is good such as cleanliness, location, but there is not a single hanger or wardrobe for the goods and cloth, that is the single problem I have faced

It was very much stunning to see the room was berry much conjedted and condition of room was not appropriate, no provision of hanging cloth in short i should close not satisfactory at all

The room was not cleaned properly. I booked the hotel for 2 rooms but when we reached there we were allotted just one room and then on request they gave us 2 rooms. It was written on the boards that smoking is not allowed and the whole night people in other rooms were smoking and drinking. I would like to rate this hotel 2 or 3. This is not a good hotel for a family to go.

Not a family hotel, rooms are small & not clean. Toilets are very small. Food is only ok. Hotel is near (walking distance) ambala cantt bus stand and railway station that is the only usp of the hotel. If you are alone and you are looking for some cheap stay overnight then only go for it neither choose something else.

Don't ever order food here. Quality is so poor one can' t even see it. Room is very small Though it was AC Standard room AC was not working. There is no lift in the hotel, one have to climb the stairs up to 3rd floor. Only one thing is good it is nearest to the railway station.

Very much bad hotel. Never book this because dirty room, dirty bed and bed sheet. Very bad smell of pillows Total waste of money. Never book by online. Please take look and then book. Poor bathroom and dirty mosquito full hotel. Request to never book this.

18/01/2023 i am booking for hotel superfine 1 room by make my tripe app i have pad 920 rs but hotel staff not provide any room he was saying hotel room full i am calling property owner he saying you 920 rs refund 24 hours but after 5 day not refunded my 920 rs

Most of the things like air conditioner flush were not working properly they did not give us any towel location was not the same which we got on makemytrip

Its fine but service is not good enough. Check in & out was simple and easy. The bed was comfortable Rooms are excellent with good lighting Size of room and very comfy and closeness to train station.

Very bad experience about this stay. This was my first booking with make my trip. No cleaning in room with a small bathroom no tap was in working in wash basin. Room service was very poor. Provided tea & breakfast in disposal which I never use. Feel like a Dharamshala stay.
