Stayed here for 3 nights. Food is great. Rooms were clean. Staff helpful. Hospitality is good. I searched a lot and stayed in few other hotels in goa. There is no hotel who offers better value than here.

Cleanliness of rooms is not good. No room telephone service. Customer service is average. They didn't cleaned room for two days, one soap and one water bottle gave when checked-in till 3days they didn't offered any they expect every time go down and ask each and everything. This is completely very interior location with small and narrow roads.

Horrible stay with pathetic rooms

One of the most pathetic hotels i have ever stayed across. Although the staff was courteous, the overall experience was horrible. It seems they have done no maintenance for past several years. Secondly there is no parking even for a single car.

Rooms and furniture covered with dust and spider nets, you cannot dare to jump in swimming pool for 4 days same breakfast fast, no remote for ac, forget tv too much to ask. Room phone not working its a good 2 star hotel not 3 star staff is polite and will do the things after you ask best polite excuse due to covid after 2 days i gave up

Very bad staff response

The linen in the room were dirty starting from the pillow, bedsheet cover, curtains. The floor was not clean and the entire room was smelling. The staff did not respond well to all the above mentioned complaints and never picked up the phone whenever we tried to call. Pathetic stay at the hotel.
