Fantastic experience, clean hotel, clean toilets and service given by staff was very good. Most polite and helpful staff .

Only the restaurant and food is good. There is very poor cleanliness, dirty and uncleaned bathroom, inappropriate and dirty bathroom door mat, refrigerator not working, unwashed duvet covers.

Firstly, the hotel took too long to find my booking then. I booked a deluxe double bed room instead i got twin beds room. Plus they didn’t have towels, electric kettle and not even proper blankets for the winters. I will not recommend it at all.

Located very conveniently. The room was clean and reasonably well appointed. The staff very courteous. The food at the restaurant in the 4th floor was tasty, and sumptuous. Overall, a pleasant experience. Will certainly stay here the next time i visit this city.

It was not at all worth staying and make my trip should have their own review system before taking over any facility for business. We trusted make my trip and have lost confidence.

The rooms were clean and nice, good interiors but service was poor. We stayed for two days but the rooms were not cleaned, inspite of us giving them keys. Overpriced for a place like Khanna City.

It was really ecstatic, hotel 99 square were the decent and appropriate host for us in Khanna and services were amazing and smooth by all the staff members. Meals were sumptuous too but prices were slightly high for rooms.

Double occupancy room has not double towels, bedding wasn't clean seems used. Ordinary handwash and shampoo.
