Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness, Non-Functional TV, and Rude Front Desk
I recently stayed at this hotel, expecting a comfortable and pleasant experience, but unfortunately, my stay was far from satisfactory. There were several major issues that made my visit disappointing.
First and foremost, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The bedsheets and comforter were visibly dirty, which made me question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. After a long journey, the least a guest expects is a fresh and clean bed to rest in. Having to sleep on unclean bedding was extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. This is a basic expectation that every hotel should meet, and I was highly disappointed that this was overlooked.
Secondly, the Smart TV in my room was not working. I tried troubleshooting the issue, but it simply would not function. When I stay at a hotel, I expect all amenities to be in proper working condition, especially something as standard as a television. After a long day, guests often look forward to unwinding with some entertainment, but in my case, that was not possible.
Lastly, and most frustratingly, the behavior of the front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful and accommodating, they were dismissive and lacked basic courtesy. When I raised my concerns, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of willingness to resolve my issues. A hotel’s front desk is the first point of contact for guests, and their attitude sets the tone for the entire experience. Unfortunately, in this case, it left a very negative impression.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness, non-functional amenities, and poor customer service. I hope the management takes these complaints seriously and improves their standards, as no guest should have to deal with such issues during their stay.
Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely not, unless significant improvements are made
