Hotel was good, attendant was good. Not of so much good factors, but still price-managed hotel. Gizer and ac not working.

Hotel location is good and walkable distance from kalka station, but rooms are average and 1300 is too much for this kind of hotel for night stay.

Had a very bad experience in this hotel at Kalka. Everything is bad here. Toilets, bathroom is not at all clean. Same thing with bed sheets, pillow covers. No room service of food, even they do not have kitchen of their own. Don't know how this hotel is enlisted by you. I suggest you to delist this hotel just to maintain your reputation.
