The room which we have stayed in is good. Food in the hotel was tasty. Staff were friendly and supportive. The only thing is the ambience below the hotel before we enter is very unhygienic and bad, it's not a stand alone building, there are other shops/businesses on the ground. That's the only set back. Otherwise, it is very close to most of the places and definitely closer to nid.

Hotel breakfast is good, breakfast time is best time, morning 7.30 to 10.00 am.

From the reception counter to the housekeeping, catering staff everyone was courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay with them, the next time I visit!

It was a comfortable stay. Service was good. Cleanliness was well maintained. Executives and service boys were cordial. Food served was decent.

The Hotel is placed next to NID and extremely convenient as a location. The staffs are very very well behaved and helpful at all times. The service is super prompt. Room facilities are excellent. Only breakfast may improve a bit. But lunch and dinner quality are just awesome. Would like to be here again

It is a very nice hotel with good staff. Food is awesome. Rooms are clean and higenic. Highlight of the hotel is a the swimming pool in the 2nd floor. We enjoyed good time in swimming pool and at zym.

I stayed here while my child was attending a course at NID. It is the best location for NID access. Management and staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel is very close to the airport as well. For local commuting I used Ola and Uber. The taxis offered by the hotel were a bit more expensive. Excellent value for money!
