Property is old, rooms very small and not maintained, no hot water, no room service, only 1 item and half a cup of tea in breakfast. Only advantage is location which is central. Overall not good value for money.

The hotel was okay, not that great experience but okay, if you choose budget hotel and at good location so everything was nearby.
It was okay, hotel staff was also okay, it's a budget hotel, food was good.

Not happy as charged twice for the Room Charges .

Despite already paying to MakeMyTrip in advance, hotel demanded payment for the room charges. Have written to MakeMyTrip sharing the invoice details from the hotel. Still waiting for MakeMyTrip response on the same. Hoping that this should be resolved, but the hotel and MakeMyTrip should ensure that the customer is not charged twice.

staff is cooperative but all other eminities are not standerd. Lift Not working. we haven't took foods.

From the time we entered in hotel it was journey of pain. We booked total 8 room however experience was terrible. The hotel has very poor shabby, unprofessional staff. They have open the hotel because they have might have money but not for customer service. I can't imagine the hotel without electricity and power backup. On free breakfast they offer only Poha and tea. No room boy, no reception, no clean and hygiene maintain. I have pictures of bedsheet which has spot of last guest dirty spots on it. Horrible. No lifts working very painful for senior citizens. I shocked that how could people can running business like this dirty practices taking customers for granted.
