Hotel location is good and easy for access to any point of city rooms are clean but some problem faces during stay like as slippers not available and coffee maker not available and manually provide soap shampoo ro water not available in rooms phone is not working foods are good but breakfast also good.

Price & cleanness
Price are overly high in the hotel its very average they are charging too much money for one night which is not worth it. That pillow covers are not even cleaned. Their bed is very dirty.

2. horrible experience. this hotel is loosing its dignity by worst basic services. if you can’t provide at least two bottles of complimentary mineral water on paying over 2,600 per night is worthless to stay.

Good Stay
The hotel was nice. The staff was helpful. Although i was expecting that they would provide the basic daily need items like toothpaste and bodywash. Also i hoped that a hotel with daily charge of rupees will have iron facilities as well. Still it was overall a good stay.

Hotel manager is extremely rude. Room service is very slow. If are booking you are not treated equally as others. Lower level staff is good. However upper management is incompetent.
