Review Of Hotel Aashyana

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The room was dirty, and the bedsheets were dirty not cleaned.Despite booking the hotel for 23 hours, the staff asked me 4 times when I would be checking out. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. there was no phone in the room to communicate with the hotel staff. If I needed any assistance, I had to go all the way to the reception. this was a horrible and terrible stay. Poor cleanliness, unprofessional staff behavior. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

If the booking is confirmed for a specific duration, why keep disturbing the guests repeatedly? there was no phone in the room to communicate with the hotel staff. If i needed any assistance, i had to go all the way to the reception. This was a horrible and terrible stay. Poor cleanliness, unprofessional staff behavior. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good stay

Bathroom condition is not good like water not coming at the time of flash. Water supply not coming in bathroom very bad experience.

Poor (water bottel chargeable, pot was not working, toothpaste was not provided ) this was our last trip in this hotel. I will never come

The room was good but all the bathrooms in any room were in pathetic condition. The taps and showers were rusted, commode were leaky and there was a smell. I had checked 3 rooms before finalising one, still condition was same. I don't have images

The hotel location was good. But the there was window ac which not working properly and bathroom also not so good staff behaviour is good. Food quality also good but promises is not good thanks

Good food, location slightly hard to find. Located on top of a restaurant owned by same owner. Dedicated parking not available. Staff was courteous.

Room service was taking fifteen minutes to attend even then the staff was good. Room was okay but they didn’t provide even drinking water inthe charges. When asked they said everything is changeable

Rooms are good, but there is a little issue with parking, all over, good experience.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 days & booked 2 royal rooms. Rooms are good and hotel staff is very supportive and prompt on service on most of the occasion. We used restaurant service for boiling milk number of times as its winter season without any extra charge. Good things abt hotel - rooms are good, staff is nice and supportive also they will greet you on departure which is a nice feeling. Food is delicious and restaurant timing is quite good. Things you should keep in mind - parking is road side, not every rooms got mini refrigerator. No lift, no electric kettle in room.

Trip is awful manager is rude no free water no lift available no card only cash allowed

Location: hard to find as the hotel was between 2 shops and not at all easy to locate food: paid for the breakfast but after one day did not order hygiene: no comments
