Hotel Aayes & Resort

This is a fairly good accommodation in prantik almost a 10 mins walk from prantik station. Nature lovers would certainly enjoy their time at the say-or bit-hi park just opposite to the property. The rooms are slightly small in the rear of the Hotel Aayes & Resort and could do well with a balcony. The food is a bit too rich in general for my liking and is rather too pricey. Quality is so so, nothing special. So we stuck to noodles at night which for 2 adults and 1 child offered good quantity in 2 plates. Taste was good though. Also the staff need to be strict with pool usage. Some guests as we found the day just after holi turned it filthy.

Had a girls trip. Well secured place. Staffs are at its best. Well maintained rooms and behaviour is too good. Never enjoyed authentic bengali cuisine during any holiday but their food quality and quantity is unimaginable. Would highly recommend to all.
Very good place for girls. I was staying with my best friend it’s a comfortable & safe place for girls or family as well. Room service guys also great & food quality is one of the best authentic bengali cuisine we had. New property yet i would recommend to try and give them a chance to serve you and make your stay memorable.

Food taste, quality and quantity at a ayes is very good. Staff is helpful and courteous. We had opted for the complimentary breakfast option, we were however informed that it includes only luchi-tarkari or paratha while other items are not included and would be chargeable. We raised this as a concern with the manager- and he accommodated other items like bread omelette, bread toast, boiled eggs (whatever is there on their menu) part of the complimentary breakfast. Please do not expect buffet breakfast as an option, breakfast is made to order.

The property is good with a beautiful swimming pool the rooms could be a bit bigger one of the room service staff is not well-behaved and shows a very disgusting attitude. Needs to be appraised Hotel Aayes & Resort restaurant does not offer anything early morning ie 6 am - 7 am i had a chkout at 7 am due to my train timings but the restaurant declined to provide any breakfast items to be packed

wonderful experience with all stuff's & also with management. Specially Bipu, receptionist, Main gate guard❤ Room size was good, neat & clean too.. Pool was clean, enough parking space.. child friendly atmosphere.. and most important thing is food❤❤❤❤❤ Food quality is very good..

The manager & the Hotel Aayes & Resort staff were well behaved, provided me the right details about the places where i can roam about as a tourist. The food served at the restaurant was of a different level as if food being served in a homely environment & taste was superb.

Ambiance of Hotel Aayes & Resort is good. Lot of open spaces for adda at front, good landscaping beside lawn with swimming pool. Quality of food is good. Only lacking of the Hotel Aayes & Resort is, they are not well arranged regarding house keeping.

Room was okay okay type, food was good but the usp of this accommodation is the behavior of the staffs. Each and everyone, i repeat each and everyone was too polite, very much helpful and ready to serve you with a "always" smiling face!

Staffs are good, all electric and electronics items fitted in room are updated.

Around 20-25 mins distance from bolpur-shantiniketan station. 10 mins away from sonajhuri market. All over a quiet good place to stay. But foods are not upto the mark also very costly. Staff behavior is very good

The road leading to the Hotel Aayes & Resort gate has no street light so it is pitch dark after sunset. The taste of food is good but choice of food is limited.

Location is good for tourists who are visiting spots of shantiniketan, the tag-ore land. Food is truly delicious amenities are also good. Services are not bad; but have to improve. Should get basic fundamental knowledge of hospitality.

Everything just everything is perfect here. Room is excellent. Cleanliness is awesome and most important is the hospitality and the service just nothing to say too much politeness. love the place❤️ love everything😍

Just i want to say... Hotel Aayes & Resort's staff, environment everything is just awesome

Overall experience was nice. Some of the food items could have been better. The rooms were wonderful, the toilets and the ventilation were fine, room service and stuff behaviour was decent.

The property is too good and especially the hospitality. The location of the Hotel Aayes & Resort is a little far away from the market. Other than this all good.

Nice panaromic view supplemented by very good service and excellent staff behaviour. Worthy staying in all respect.

All are good. Maintain all things but no shed in parking area.
