Friendly and personal service the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again. No image

The Rooms are very good. The restaurant opens only at 8:30 am and closes at 11 pm. The attentiveness of the staff is good. They are very responsive to calls. Its difficult to get a taxi from the hotel. Overall the Hotel is Good for a Small town like Kattakada.

The hotel was good but very far away from Thiruvanantapuram. Television channels were not available at room no.108 and when informed to the receptionist, he expressed his ignorance and did nothing to rectify the same. The travel desk was not co operative. The rates of transport vehicle quoted were very high and hence I decided to hire the vehicle provided by Hotel Gago Inn. There was lot of delay in providing food at the restaurant. The cost of 1 Ltr. water bottle was double than available at other places i. e. Rs. 40/-

Location not so convenient from airport or railway station but hotel standard and amenities far exceeds the expectations. Far better than a usual city hotel. Located at around 25-30 km from airport or city. Staff courteous and helpful. Town is quiet and peaceful. Good for relaxing couples. Overall value for money. Again cheers to MakeMyTrip.com for excellent listing.

Hotel was clean. Food was fresh. Rooms were excellent, we never expected to get such a nice room for a very low cost. Ins pite of reading the negative reviews we had no other option but to book this hotel which suits the budget and after I checked out. I felt it was worth every money spent. Really nice, except that its away from the city. Overall a very decent place to stay.

Booked executive room and stayed in standard room room changed after check in due air conditioning issue ac was not working kettle was provided but no tea bags or sugar bags available expected that also

Room were good. Neat and tidy. But the location was far away from city .. Staff were OK. Everything is OK except the location which is 25-30 kilometers away from city. Restaurants provide good food. Overall satisfied except the location.

I frequently use makemytrip experience was always good but this time I was disappointed because hotel was 20 kms away from the location shown and when I asked for support they didn't helped. They told that the location was same so they neither make available other accommodation nor refund the money. But I have screenshot of the location which I have taken for ease to find out location.

Room in hotel is very good, hot water served in buckets, restaurant not experienced, but the location is very faraway from Thiruvananthapuram. Difficult to get taxis from and to Airport. Halting at the hotel and purpose is in Thiruvananthapuram means, we have to spend lot for taxi.

It is too far from Trivandrum about 25 kms. No response from hotel desk phone line even in day time, if any assistance needed. Additional expenses, distance and time consumption for your travelling between sightseeing places and hotel. I'll not suggest this hotel to anyone.
