A Comfortable Four-Day Stay That Felt Like Home
I stayed at the hotel for four days, and it was a really nice experience. The room had everything I needed — cozy bed, clean washroom, and a calm atmosphere. The staff were polite and made sure I was comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the peaceful environment. It honestly felt like a short home away from home.

Average Stay
location is good, Food quality is Ok But Service is not satisfactory. Lift found inoperative, so have to use stairs for 3rd floor with Heavy luggage carried by myself as noone is there to carry or help, Room Service time duration is too high.

The hotel, is excellent, safe and well placed. the staff is extremely well mannered and helpful. housekeeping has done a very good job. only the restaurant seems to be understaffed and hence orders take a very long time. plus the F & B is very highly priced. whether at the restaurant or at their lounge.

Good Stay
The Hotel looks elegant, the rooms were well maintained and clean, interiors were attractive, Services were nice, staffs were friendly and the Food was delicious. The only issue being the TV in our room was not working. Overall, a nice and comfortable stay. Looking forward to stay again

Terrible Stay
The receptionist (male) was not trained on hospitality and had No etiquettes to talk to guests. He was very annoying,had so much attitude as if he was a big shot. Lol. Not well educated, which fully proves the phrase”little knowledge os dangerous. Never going back to acacia again . Though this was my fourth visit. Had a very bad experience with Guy receptionist.

Hotel acacia, is a well clean maintained and a good behaviour of the ground staff but some things to keep maintained i will not mention that. As i will rate 4 out of 5 star

Good Stay
The breakfast timing could be a little hassle although don't listen to me, i'm just lazy. It was a pleasant stay but the sound of the cars was the only disadvantage.

Stay at dimapur
I stayed at non ac room for two nights. The room was specious & clean, but the room was not sound proof as it was front of the main road & always roadside vehicle sound present. The tv was not working properly & they do not clean room until you inform them to clean it.
