It was good, the place was nice. But was missing basic things like soap, handwash, towels. Also the TV had Internet issues

Very nice friendly staff. Good.

No inhouse breakfast facility. Upon asking for breakfast, one person went outside and brought road side food (idli vada and coffee) no hot water. Towel was not clean.

Centrally located, good ambience, rooms spacious, service good, maintenance and neatness can improve, overall good.

“we had a horrible experience during our recent stay at the hotel booked through makemytrip. The rooms were extremely old and in dire need of renovation. The bed was in terrible condition, the bedsheets were filthy and stinking, and the bathroom was disgusting with a strong, unpleasant smell. To make matters worse, even though we had booked a stay with breakfast included, the hotel had no food available. When we inquired, they shockingly handed us rs. 100 and suggested we have breakfast outside! this was both insulting and shameful. We refused the money and had to find breakfast elsewhere. Adding to the frustration, towels were unavailable for three consecutive days because they were “out for laundry. ” the overall experience was so bad that we were forced to leave the hotel and book another one. However, after facing two such terrible experiences back-to-back, we decided not to use makemytrip for bookings anymore. We are extremely disappointed with the service and will not recommend makemytrip for trips or hotel bookings in the future. This was truly a very bad and frustrating experience. ”

Good hospitality and all the staff are well experienced. Also there was no hurry for check out.

This is the best hotel in area. Rooms are sparkling clean and front desk staff is super friendly. Loved my stay here. If someone is coming for treatment from dr prince (ayurvedic doctor, he/she can stay here. Specially, i want to appreciate the cleanliness of the property and rooms. Basic amenities like water bottle, toiletries were also provided. Simply, give it a go guys

There is no housekeeping service We stayed for 4 days and we called the cleaning room thrice but there is no response and whenever we wanted something from in room dining nothing was available in amenity mentioned we have a in room dining service but there is no service like this even water bottle also not included mostly all hotel they will provide 1 water bottle for 1 day stay as a complimentary in this hotel they don't have like this amenity Very Pathetic stay in service the room is okay 👍🏻

The hotel is a little dingy. The room size was fine, how overall quality was strictly average, the linen wasn’t the cleanest, gave me a bit of an uncomfortable feeling sleeping in it. There was no water in the room and when requested for a bottle, they got me water filled in a glass which didn’t feel hygenic. The ac worked, there is a geyser and hot water, toilet works though the bathroom latch was broken. For a simple nights stay it’s compromisable but definitely not recommended, i wouldn’t stay here again.

Stayed for 4 days. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Washroom was not clean in first room and card lock malfunctioned. Second room was better but washroom was still smelly.

Confirmed booking was refused by hotel reception at night 11 pm. They made arrangements for far off place which was not good. Got a sense of cheating
