Neat and clean hotel with spacious rooms, equally clean bathroom. Mattress was also quite comfortable unlike other hotels in price range. Excellent connectivity. Staff is polite and helpful. Overall a very good value of money.

First visit to the Hotel. Expected not. Much but was. Bit more than what expected. Bigger room and heater made stay comfortable. Though property. Need refurbishment it was good and value foe. Money.

Place first impression was bit drawn back but as settled. Found reasonably ok. Room was neat and minimum necessary furnished and reasonable clean toilet. Food was better than expected.

It was a very good hotel I ever seen. Actually I was travelling many more places and stay there for few days. I don't seen this type of hotel in my trips, it is very clean and good. I love their nature and food, also their services it was totally good, i'm loving it.

Room size is good, located very nice area. Room service is good and reception team is also good. Bathroom needs some improvement like fixed glass to separation for Bath area and flush location uncomfortable.

I usually visit Ludhiana 2-3 times in a year on my official tour. But this is the first time I stayed in this hotel. Thank you MakeMyTrip for a wonderful deal for this hotel. Hotel facilities are very good. Stay was very comfortable. Room service was very quick. But as usual in Ludhiana, foods are very expensive. There is no good restaurant near by. As I was to visit PAU, for me place was okay.

Not very respectful staff & not value for money

I had various issues with services. Hotel staff was not very respectful. Wi-Fi speed was below average. Overall, I can say it's not value for money to book a room in this hotel. Interiors of the rooms are not same as shown in the descriptive images shown on Makemytrip website. I am not satisfied at all.

Easy to locate it’s on ludhiana firozpur highway. Food not available and hygiene is ok. Except receptionist no staff available.
