I booked 2 double bed room but when we reached at hotel they told us that they don't have any double bed room, if u want to stay u hv to share the room with all your family members. Terrible booking experience

Pathetic rooms, no ventilation, no towels, very small rooms with broken toiletries, wet beds noisy and unhygienic

the day we reported(11.09.22) at hotel we are accommodated in some other place near by gully saying this is also our property. the room is very small & no pace to sit other than bed. On our protest they transferred to hotel on 12.09.22 (11am). The room was also not as per our booking. All standard room are being booked. As we have no other way, forced to stay & also 100% payment has already been made in advance.
