Could have been better for food options

Location- its in Miraj and there no good places nearby but hotel is nice, and rooms, including bathrooms were also very clean, staff is nice but there are no much food options available. They could only offer veg thali for dinner. Apart from this location was convenient for us.

The property is very conveniently located near the Sangli Miraj Road. Very neat and clean property with very helpful and courteous staff. Very neat and clean rooms with AC and tea coffee making facility inside. Food option is a Veg Thali restaurant and a breakfast canteen just on the backside of the building. One has the flexibility of ordering from delivery apps and the staff was happy to provide us with plates and cutlery. Overall a very comfortable stay. Thank you team Agatya Inn

businessI have booked a grand room with kings bed through MMT but they gave me a twins bed room. Service is bad. MMT APP showing you will get 1000 Complementary voucher after a Booking. But when I need to avail this offer then you didn't answer my call or mail. I didn't get any ₹ 1000.00 voucher. Even I tried to call you and your customer care. I tried with your mail address and your customer contact number but you and your team didn't have knowledge about this scheme. When I called first time for the same issue your team mate said that's the voucher will get you from Hotel. When I asked to the hotel for the voucher they said we didn't know about any this type of scheme or voucher. When I reached you second time you said that you will get voucher on your confirmed mail. But I didn't get any mail for the voucher. After checking out the hotel you called for the last time, then you said that this voucher need to be use at the property when you stay at the property you can't use after the checking out the property. If you (MMT) don't want to give a voucher or this type of scheme why are you guys putting something nonsense like offer on your app or Website. The information & knowledge of this offer neither have with your executive nor with this hotel. So why are you putting this offer.

This is perfect stay. Staff - polite. Cleanliness- perfect location- prime food - yummy. Amenities- good bathroom- super rich tv with wifi however bathroom has jaguar divider which is difficult to take balanced shower, there should be mixer for shower. Surely recommended. 5
