The staff is so good that you will not Miss your home they are so friendly. Food is delicious whether indian or chinese. Rooms are big good and cleaned properly. In all a excellent place to stay

Good Hotel in Shimla. Good services and helpful staff. Taxi services is also available in cheap prices Delhi - Shimla taxi. Manali - Shimla taxi. Shimla tour taxi they provide in cheap price.

Nice place to stay but 15 minutes away from mall road via own vehicle.

No hair dryer, no heater, electric kettle, parking, hot water is available. Not all rooms have balcony, balcony rooms are available at a little higher rates. Valley views are good. If traveling via own vehicle then its nice place to stay.

Location is good, go for the Valley facing room. One basic facility missing at Hotel is that not providing kettle in room for tea making.

Hotel is located in prime area and very well maintained. It is very near to mall Road and anyone can go for a breezy evening walk without any hassle. Best in budget.

Good hotel. Service is good. But price is too high as per amenities are given. Location is good. Best is food. Can park your vehicle in front of hotel. Little noise on road side room. Try for back side room, it has a very good view.

Hotel rate wise very high. Distance mall road to 8 kilometer. Deluxe room very small.

As I checked in late, I did not get much time to explore the hotel .. Still I can say room was good, but very far from mall and ridge. Facilities was not that good .. They did not provide water bottle. No dustbin in bathroom. But I must say food was awesome .. You can stay here if you did not get room at mall road ..

Huge pulp particle in room Room service 45 min Mattress covers was torn. Insects was coming in room from window Temp. parking tariff should be 2500/day No towels replaced 2nd day No bath soap, local pouch, I will not recommend this one

They do not provide dental kit. I strongly recommended do not take breakfast meal in this hotel because they do not have buffet system and we need to order everything open and if you order everything, they start counting things specially in whole hotel. This is poor 2 service and behavior of staff. Wi-Fi, Internet not working at all and they charges all things extra.
